We use submitted information to review project requests, contact users about their request, match homeowners with participating contractors, administer contractor applications, operate the service and prevent misuse.
When a homeowner submits a project request and provides consent, relevant project and contact information may be shared with one or more contractors who may be able to perform the requested work. We do not promise that a match, quote or job will result.
Information is stored in the website's lead database and may also be transmitted by email when a lead is routed. Access should be limited to authorized administrators and participating contractors.
Questions or requests about personal information can be sent to the contact address published by Alberta Contractor Connect.
